Hmm, this seems rather valid - I'll start work on it _________________ Warning - lysdexia strikes without warning! |

Is there any particular reason apart from spam why one can not use emails from hotmail etc? (do we really get that much spam?) I think by not allowing the usual emails alot of people can't/dont know how to join the forum. All it says is 'your email has been banned' and for most they give up thinking 'wtf?'.
I say this because I have a friend who tried to join and he told me it said he was banned lol. So just a query... we might be able to get more people joining otherwise? I know a few people from aus300zx said they cant come into this forum too. |

Members don't normally see it, but it was really really bad for a while until I got tough - I'll get our host to replace the joining message with a simple message that says join with a .co.nz address, or contact me for assistance _________________ Warning - lysdexia strikes without warning! |

Would it be possible to have 'OEM/Maintenance' as a category in the garage? I say this because I am always looking for stuff to replace as preventive maintenance and having something like that will be quite beneficial as I know some people here go through a lot to get the car back to normal spec. I don't mind if it adds mod count or not, I just want to know what people have done to give me ideas.
For example: I am getting my clutch replaced soon and i've spent a whole day on tt.net to see what stuff I should do. Found out about rear main seal, rear tranny seal, stronger pivot ball etc etc.
Also with that, would it be possible to have a 'Fluids' as a category. So people can put in diff oil, tranny oil, motor oil, brake fluid etc etc. Think it will be interesting to see what people are using along with their comments.
Thanks. |

Unfortionately, they are not really modifications and don't fit with the intention of the garage section - could be a good topic in the DIY section though _________________ Warning - lysdexia strikes without warning! |
