Update .... a few more steps closer.
1:The Fuel Pumps were a major issue, couldn't get to fit through the hole, so modified the tank and made a custom hanger ... the filters are Holley Hydramatt.

2: Got the switches mounted and calibrated, from the left are Boost Soleniod on/off, Water Injection on/off, Traction Control on/off and Traction Control adjustment ... current setting = full dry, mid way = wet, then wetter.

3: Race seat is Kevlar, just need to sort mounting.

On the tuning front, the cruise areas are done and boost to 16-17 psi is all but done (finding it very difficult to road tune to full throttle) makes the 16-17psi at 4350 rpm on 43% throttle Smile. Now it off to the dyno to do the full throttle stuff and optimize the timing.

Nice clear pics Nigel! I recently just had my fuel pump out, so I know what you mean about it being tight!

Which dyno are you going to and when?

Not which dyno yet, Mike C has good things to say about the guy he uses so am keen to give him a go but if he is too busy I'll will most likely go to Dtech again.
As to when ??? very shortly I hope ... I am wanting to make sure everything works the is supposed to. I am not wanting to waste dyno time fixing shit.

Next 2 - 3 weeks ... a few jobs to be done and a final check over and shake down run ...

Not really Dyno preparation, but couldn't help myself.

Well, Dyno tune day finally came 😀... all going well, just started to add some timing, 1st run made 454kw on 19psi 😈then lost ALL 5 volt sensors 😭😭😭. It appears the 5 volt circuit in the ecu has failed, won't know more until Link have had a look at it ( sending to down Monday ). The engine was the thing I was concerned about as it is built by me and I am far from being a pro engine builder ... it ran perfectly🤗, good pressures, temps etc. Oh, AND funny noises !!!!

A massive thanks to Mike C for giving me a lift home !!

Sounds like another fun day, and another step in your never ending journey!

I guess you meant "no" funny noises?

What was your power curve like?

Turns out the ECU was fine ... the Oil Pressure Sensor shorted to ground which sent the ECU into la-lah land. Fitted a new sensor and all is good in the world again. Got some boost leaks to fix before finishing tune.
